Rental Info

Dance Makers, Inc. is a fabulous place to hold your special event. Our beautifully decorated ballroom can accomodate groups as large as 300 people or become as small and intimate as you may need. We have three different packages for you to choose from. Please let us know which one suits you best.

Package I: $1,200

This basic package includes the rental itself, as well as all our assorted tables and chairs.
These include:

  • - 10 60 inch Round Tables -
  • - 10 34x34 inch Square Tables -
  • - 12 24 inch Round Cocktail Tables -
  • - 4 6-foot Buffet Tables -
  • - 125 Chairs -
  • - 2 Gift Tables -
  • - 1 Guest Sign-In Table -
  • - 2 Picture Easels -

Package II: $1,500

This package includes everything from the first package, as well as decorations. These include white linen for all the seating tables plus white, to-the-floor skirting for the buffet tables. We also offer centerpieces which are a beveled mirror square, a white pillar candle, and a clear glass hurricane cover. Feel free to add any special touches to the tables to compliment the colors of your party.

Package III: $2,000

Our final package includes everything from the first two packages as well as DJ service for three hours. Additional time with the DJ can be arranged at $125 per hour. We have used this DJ company ourselves and have had many excellent referrals from clients over the years.
